In Dropbox (in the case of Dropbox), save the image to your iPad.
Open and add the image file from Goodnotes app.

I'll show you how to open this using the goodnotes app.


Save the downloaded image.
Then turn on the GoodNotes app and load it as an image from "new".
I like peach. It's cute.


Now let's go find the stickers.
Type keyword "goodnotes stickers".
Collect them in the same way as before and save them as images.
And you have to clear the background to use it as a sticker in GoodNotes.

I opened the keynote app and laid out the background in gray so that the background of the sticker is clearly visible.
open the image you downloaded earlier.
Select Instant Alpha and drag the area you want to erase.
Tap Done and you'll see a magic trick that makes the background transparent.



And open the Goodnotes app as well.
Copy from the  keynote and paste in Goodnotes app.
And as you can see the sticker is in the goodnotes.
